莫让批评的话
让我们失去热心

Do not let criticism
dampen our motivation.

心不散乱就是定

We arrive at Samadhi when
the mind is collected and still.

愿要大
志要坚
气要柔
心要细

Make great vows,
be resolute in aspiration,
be gentle in attitude,
be conscientious in conduct.

不要让境界影响我们的心
心要能控制境界
这就是「定力」

Let us not be led by external influences
but be the master of our mind,
where we can transcend our conditions
and circumstances. That is samadhi.
