人应该相信自己
但是不可执着
Believe in yourself
but do not be attached
to your own point of view
一粒细沙就扎到脚，
一颗小石子就扎到心，
面对事情当然就担当不下去
If even a tiny grain of sand pricks the leg,
a piece of small stone pricks the heart,
naturally it would be unbearable when facing challenges.
忍不是最高的境界，
能够达到看开忍，
则会觉得一切逆境都是很自然的事。
Tolerance is not the highest state of well being;
tolerate without ill-feeling
so that we could deem all adversity
as natural phenomenon.
天地的宽窄，道路的舒坦与否，
全系于我们一念之间。
The dimension of our living space
and the condition of our life path,
all lie within our thoughts.
要做事，就不要怕人事纷杂，
事是人做出来的 。
Never be deterred by human conflicts
in all doings, for tasks are accomplished
through human interactions.
