若是太浓，则苦得喝不下。

Love is just like a cup of tea, when properly mixed, it has a wonderful light aroma.
If it is too strong, it will be too bitter to drink.

過去的留不住，未來的難預測，
守住現在，當下即是。

The past is gone; the future is unknown,
Seize the present, Now is the time.

口說一句好話，如口出蓮花；
口說一句壞話，如口吐毒蛇。

Kind words are like pure lotus flowers,
Mean words are like poisonous snakes.

做一個能包容的人，
不要做一個被包容的人。

Be a tolerant person,
and not a person who is tolerated.

今天只有一次
应好好把握做该做的事

Make today count
It comes only once in a lifetime

用心看，用心听，用心做
终身都受用。

Look, listen, and act, mindfully, and what we learn , will benefit us , all our life

觉悟的人生，知道如何付出与造福。

An enlightened life means knowing how to give and create blessings.

增一份感恩心
即减一份猜疑心

With more gratitude
we will have fewer misgivings

千里之路必须从第一步开始
圣人的境域也是自凡夫起步

The journey of a thousand miles
begins with one first step
Even the saint was once
an ordinary human being

凡事对机即是好。

The best medicine is, that which can treat, the conditions at hand.

凡夫都有习气，工程系述得住种种人事的考验，才能红尘自在。

Everyone has their personality, habits,and quirks.
These become our spiritual training as
we learn not to be upset by others’
ways and rise above it all.
What we receive from this is inner peace and freedom.

有感恩就有感动;
有感动就有一股推动的力量。

Grateful, our hearts would be touched and moved.
Moved,we would be inspired to take action.

人一生的行为不管是善是恶
皆由时间所累积。

The behavior of a person during his lifetime
be it good or evil is accumulated over time.

布施如播种，
以欢喜心滋润种子，才会发芽。

Giving is like planting seeds.
The joy with which we give nurtures
a seed and enables it to sprout.

人生就像爬坡，只要有信心克服一切困难，
有耐力踏稳每个脚步，就能爬到山顶。

Life is very like mountaineering.
If we have the faith to persevere despite obstacles and
have the stamina to continue with firm and steady steps,
we will eventually reach the summit.

人人付出一分爱，
能转危机为生机，
转祸为福。

When everyone gives their love,
a crisis can be turned into an opportunity,
and a misfortune becomes a blessing in disguise.

自小培养爱心，
长大就不易有偏差行为，
而制造社会问题。

Nurture a loving heart from young,
so they do not grow up with deviant character,
and create problems in society.

面对扭曲或责难，
要有化杂音为零的功力。

In facing dispute or blame,
we must even more have
the ability to disregard critique.

忏悔即清净
发愿即有福

Repentance leads to purity,
vows creates blessings.

一粒种子种入土中
只要用心灌溉耕耘
必然果实累累

A seed sown in the ground when nurtured
mindfully would reap bountiful harvest.

贪欲缩小到零点
爱心扩大遍虚空來

Shrink greediness to zero;
broaden the scope of mind
as vast as the universe.

舍去一分钟前的烦恼才能拥有慈悲
也才能尝到法喜充满的快乐

Let go of past affliction to transpire
compassion and enjoy blissful happiness

退一步 讓一步來成全別人
即是修養 即是修行

Make way to enable others advancement
is an ethical moral culture
and also a way of spiritual cultivation.

心開運通
福就來

A happy mind attracts
good fortune and invites blessings

任何事都是從一個決心
一粒種子開始

Everything originates
from a seed of determination

人生不怕錯，只怕不改過。

Never mind if we make mistake in life,
but only worry that we never make correction.

勇於承擔，才有改變的機會。

With a sense of commitment,
then there is a chance to improve.

對別人要傻 才能免除計較 獲得快樂
對自己要精 才能把握時間 努力修行

Act naive towards others to avoid dispute and be happy
but be sensitive towards own self and grasp every opportunity
to practice spiritual cultivation.

若能身體力行
簡單的一句經文就是妙法
